Call A Waiter lets guests call the waiter, ask for the bill, or send a service request by scanning a QR code at their table. No app download: the guest scans, swipes to confirm, and the assigned waiter gets a push notification on their phone within seconds.
Behind the scenes there is a full management layer. Every table gets its own automatically generated QR code, ready for print. Tables can be grouped by area such as patio, main hall, or terrace, and each waiter has a personal account that receives notifications only for their own tables. Bulk tools create dozens of tables at once and download all QR codes together.
Managers get a live dashboard of every request by waiter and table, plus reports that break down demand by hour and day. Fewer raised hands, faster response times, and calmer shifts for the staff.
